 * Buyer's Right to Cancel - You have the right to rescind this contract within three business days after date of acceptance by signature by notifying in writing you are rescinding the contract. Steve Water Purification & Pumps has the right to charge attorney fees and 1.5% interest per month to any account that is thirty days past due, once proceeds are received. Failure to pay can constitute a mechanic's lien against the property. 

* Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase and are within 5 days of installation you may request a return with a 25% restocking fee.

* If Balance is not paid within 24 hours of completion, a 10% late fee will be charged.
